Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders directly to our customers. The evening before delivery, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time. This way you know approximately when to expect your order. Our deliveries are fast and reliable, using refrigerated transport for fresh and frozen products. For specific delivery conditions in your region, please contact orders@dunyong.com or use the chat function on our website.
Can I track my delivery?
You will receive an email the evening before delivery. On the day itself, you will receive an indication of the expected delivery time.

What kind of products do you offer?
We supply a wide range of Asian food and non-food products for the hospitality industry. Dun Yong Food Services specializes in Asian ingredients, offering more than 2,500 products including rice, noodles, sauces, spices, meat, fish and specialty ingredients.
Do you offer private label products?
Yes, we offer our own private label products with high quality at competitive prices. In addition, we can support you in developing your own private label products, such as customized sauces. Please contact your account manager for more information.

How can I become a customer?
You can register via our website as a business customer. After approval, you will gain access to our webshop and full assortment. Please note: we are fully focused on B2B supply for professional kitchens. For consumers, our Toko Dun Yong offers a webshop via www.dunyong.com.
