Product Description

Shikoku Kakoki makes this tofu under the Jions label using the classical kinugoshi method: set directly inside its packaging for an exceptionally fine, custard-like texture.

Endlessly versatile: chilled as hiyayakko, in miso and dashi broths, flash-fried as agedashi, or blended into mousses, cheesecakes, dressings and creamy sauces. A neutral canvas for bold toppings like chilli oil, ponzu or yuzu.

Aseptic packaging keeps it shelf-stable for 12 months at ambient temperature — easy stock management, minimal waste. Suitable for vegetarian and plant-based menus. Contains soy.
