The Soy Sauce Sheets by Fundodai introduce a new dimension to traditional Japanese seasonings. Instead of liquid soy sauce, this premium honjozo soy sauce is transformed into an ultra-thin sheet of approximately 0.2 mm thick.
This creates an entirely new way of working with soy sauce. The sheet can be:
