Product Description
Whole ducks marinated in a traditional Chinese spice brine, slow-roasted until fully cooked, then deboned and individually IQF-frozen in halves. Service-ready in under 15 minutes, no marinating, roasting or deboning in your kitchen.
Endlessly versatile: classic with pancakes, hoisin, cucumber and spring onion; piled onto fried rice or noodles; in bao buns or bánh mì; sliced over a crisp salad with orange and hoisin vinaigrette; or as a main with glazed vegetables.
Preparation (cook directly from frozen): oven 200 °C, 13–17 minutes · deep fryer 176 °C, 6–8 minutes.
