Read more »Chef Kelvin Lin is known for his restaurant Nayolie with which he won the 'Gouden pollepel' in 2019 and was awarded the 'best Asian restaurant of 2020' the following year.
His dishes consist of Thai, Malaysian and Japanese influences, which makes for a delicious combination of flavors. You can also know chef Kelvin from his line of beers 'Ikibeer' that he combines with his cooking style. You were also able to see Chef Kelvin at our open day.
