    What is furikake? Furikake refers to a dried seasoning, usually based on seaweed. Although it is a uniquely Japanese seasoning, made especially for sprinkling or mixing through rice. It is actually a very versatile seasoning that can be used for many dishes and in many types of food.

  2. Delicious Bibimbap

    What is Bibimbap? It is a bowl of cooked rice, with sautéed and seasoned vegetables and/or protein, raw vegetables, gochujang sauce and topped with a raw or fried egg. 

    It is probably one of the most well-known and beloved Korean dishes, it can be served simply with a few classic ingredients or elaborate and luxurious. The most classic version uses beef and is topped with egg. "Bibim" translates as 'mixed', and 'bap' means 'cooked rice', so it literally means mixed rice. Although you mix everything up before you eat, each ingredient must be chosen well and prepared with care. This will bring out their unique flavors, colors, and textures.
