Get ready for the holidays with these 4 cocktails: a lychee martini, sake mimosa, plum wine sangria and a ramune passionfruit mocktail!

Sake mimosa

A mimosa is perfect to serve at brunch. Its super easy to make, and you can use any kind of sparkling sake, champagne, or soda.

Ingredients:

  • Jozen sparkling wine
  • Orange juice
  • Orange

How to make a sake mimosa?

  1. Pour 30ml sake and 30ml orange juice in a shaker and mix.
  2. Pour the mixture in a glass and add a slice of orange as garnishing.

Plum wine sangria

This sangria is perfect for the holiday season. Choya umeshu is a beautiful fruit wine to add to the sangria.

Ingredients

  • Umeshu plum wine
  • Sake
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Fresh fruit
  • Cinnamon stick

How to make a plum wine sangria?

  1. Add 60/80ml of strawberry syrup, 200 ml sake and 200ml Umeshu silver red to the carafe and mix.
  2. Cut different kinds of fruit (orange,apple,berries) and add to the carafe.
  3. Add a cinnamon stick

Lychee martini

The lychee martini is a refreshing fruity cocktail and can be combined with your Asian dish.

Ingredients

  • Junmai sake
  • Lychee juice syrup
  • Lychees

How to make a lychee martini?

  1. Poor 30ml dry sake and 6 pumps of lychee syrup in a shaker cup and mix. 
  2. Add some crushed ice in a glass and pour the mixture in the glass.
  3. For garnishing add a lychee to a cocktail stick.

Ramune passionfruit mocktail

As a non-alcoholic option, we have a Ramune passionfruit mocktail. Ramune is a well-known Japanese drink, Ramune literally means ‘’lemonade’’. There are lots of different flavors, but for this mocktail we use the Ramune yogurt. The Ramune yogurt has light yogurt flavors, so mixing it with the passionfruit syrup will make it more sweet. For a total wow effect, serve the drink unstirred.

Ingredients:

  • Ramune yogurt
  • Passionfruit syrup
  • Kumquats
  • Mint

How to make a Ramune passionfruit mocktail?

  1. Fill the glass with ice and add the Ramune yogurt.
  2. Add some passionfruit syrup, the syrup will sink to the bottom and will give a nice effect. The customer can stir the cocktail when its served. 
  3. Cut the kumquats in thin slices and add to the cocktail.
  4. For garnishing add some mint.
