Mochi ice cream
Mochi ice cream is made with Japanese rice dough, and Italian ice cream. The perfect combination! We have added some fresh raspberries, powder sugar and strings of caramel to make the dessert extra delicious.
Sesame balls with ice cream
Sesame balls are made with sticky rice flour dough and filled with red bean paste. You can fry them until crispy on the outside. Let them cool of a bit so that the ice cream won’t melt, and them add the white sesame ice cream. Then add the black sesame dessert sauce from Nihon Shokken, and for more sweetness add condensed milk!
Aisu ice cream
Aisu is the perfect Asian inspired ice cream! With flavours like: Pandan coconut and pecan, Bangkok peanut & chocolate, Sesame crunchy cookies or Java vanilla banana fudge.
