Are you already familiar with the culimayo from The Mayo Sisters? The culimayo's are 100% plant-based and sugar-free and made with pure natural ingrediënts. They are gluten-free and lactose-free and contain no coloring or flavoring agents. You can not only use this delicious vegan mayonnaise as a simple dipping sauce or topping, but you can also make it into a dressing such as a sesame-sake dressing. In this article we have two different recipes for you in which we process the culimayo.

Rice burger with Thousand island dressing mayo dip
This rice burger with vegan cod (vegan zeastar) is delicious together with the island dressing mayo dip. This dip can also be combined with a salad, bao bun or as a dressing in a poke bowl. You see the riceburger more and more in street food restaurants.
To make the riceburger, first cook sushi rice. When it is cooked, press the rice into a round mold, put some oil in a pan and fry on both sides until brown.
